How To Do Alternate Jump Lunge X Squat

Exercise: Alternate Jump Lunge X Squat

Muscle(s): Full Body

Starting Position:
Standing straight up holding medicine ball or plate at chest level, with feet about shoulder width apart.

Movement:
Begin by jumping into a standard lunge, from this position you want to jump and while in the air you alternate your legs into another lunge, finally from this position you will jump into a squat. Repeat for desired amount of reps.
