02:23 – I'm starting a cut and I've heard an effective strategy to burn fat is to do cardio immediately after weight training because as you know weight training burns through glycogen stores and cardio leaves your body with no choice but to burn fat for fuel. How much cardio do you think would be effective?
I do 10 minutes of cardio after lifting and is it a good idea to cut down on the amount of sets you do during lifting. I went from three sets to two to keep the workout within the hour mark to make sure I'm not over training. Any advice would be appreciated.

When I started lifting weights a year ago, I used to listen to people saying eat 200 calories surplus but didn't realize I was under eating. Increased nearly by 700 now and feeling much better, finally able to put on muscle. I think I was far too lean and under eating to gain any size or strength before.
33:32 – Last month I injured my lower left back while doing cable rows. The next day I couldn’t walk or sit without having pain. After a week it went away. Today I was doing a dumbbell bench and the pain is back. While the pain isn’t as bad as the first time the injury happened. I still get heavy pains when I try to bend over. Do you know which body part I got injured in and how to avoid the injuries? Did I not warm up properly?
42:27 – Just wondering why I lost muscle doing the 1010 rep tempo, speed explosive reps with good form. I found a lot better even from strength.
45:46 – I’m working on a cut to lose more weight. Do you have recommendations for something that goes well with coffee? I mainly eat a peanut butter sandwich but would like to get variety.
47:39 - I recently noticed that my right knee (inside side) hurts when I’m doing barbell squatting. Doesn’t hurt with lunges or other leg exercise movements. What’re your thoughts?
52:03 – I have trouble with a muscle mind connection when working out my back and my chest.
