Kinnikinnick Angel Food Cake Mix
1 Box of angel food cake mix
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
12 egg whites at room temperature (I used egg whites in the carton)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Sift angel food cake mix in a bowl. Beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Add 2 tsp of vanilla extract. Continue to beat until stiff peaks form with egg whites. Gently fold in cake mix. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Let cool and gently run knife around the cake pan. Invert pan onto cake plate. Top with fruit, cool whip or ice cream. Enjoy! Thanks for watching.
