Chicken Tikka Masala: Easily made low carb.

Marinade
1/ cup plain yogurt
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 TBS ginger
1TBS lemon juice
1tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp pepper
Sauce
2 TBS unsalted butter
3 gloves garlic
1 - 2 jalepenos (remove seeds for milder sauce)
1/2 cup onions
1 T'BS ginger, fresh ( I used powder)
2 tsp garam masala
2 tsp paprika
14 oz can tomatoes petite diced (I used tomatoe sauce )
1 cup heavy cream or half and half
1/2 cup water
cilantro, chopped for garnish
Place marinade in a bowl with chicken for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Place butter in pan with onions, garlic and jalepenos. Place chicken in pan and cook. Put petite tomatoes or tomatoe sauce in pan with chicken. Add remaining spices. Let simmer for 20 to 30 minutes. Add heavy cream to sauce and let simmer for few minutes. Serve over rice or cauliflower rice. Enjoy
