How To Make Collard Greens

Collard Greens
4 bundles of collards
1 lb of bacon
1 chicken bouillon cube (I used gluten free bouillon)
1 TBS of Nature's Seasoning
1 TBS Garlic Powder
1/2 TBS Onion Powder
1 tsp Black Pepper
1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1 1/2 TBS of sugar
2 to 3 cups of water to cover collards
Put the bacon in a stock pot and render off the fat. Cut the stems out of the center of the collard greens. Stack collard greens and roll them and then cut them. Rinse collard greens in the sink and put in the stock pot with the bacon. Put a cup of water over the collards. Season the collard greens with 1 chicken bouillon cube, nature's seasoning, garlic powder, black pepper, onion powder, apple cider vinegar and sugar. Bring collards to a boil and let simmer for at least 30 minutes. You can put into freezer bags for later or enjoy right away. Thanks for watching.
