Flourless Chocolate Cookies
Ingredients
3 Cups powdered sugar
2/3 Cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp salt
4 large egg whites, unbeaten (I used 3/4 cup egg whites in the carton)
1 tsp vanilla extract
5 ounces of semi-sweet chocolate chips or bittersweet chocolate chopped
Mix powdered sugar, and unsweetened cocoa powder in s large bowl. Add 4 large egg whites and 1 tsp of vanilla to the bowl. Mix well and add chocolate chips and nuts of choice. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper or waxed paper and spray with cooking spray. Use cookie scoop or spoon to place cookies on cookie sheet. The cookies will spread. Bake for 6 to 8 minutes. These cookies do need to cool completely and then they remove from wax paper easily. Enjoy! Thanks for watching.
