Flourless Peanut Butter Blossom Cookies

Ingredients
1 cup of peanut butter
1 cup of sugar
dash of vanilla extract
1 egg
chocolate kisses or chocolate chips or butter scotch chips
directions
Mix first 4 ingredients together. Place cookie mixture on cookie sheet, and bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Place chocolate kisses in center of cookies as soon as they come out of oven. ENJOY!
Preheat oven to 350
