Easily Made Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Ghirardelli Chocolate melts
Wash strawberries in water and 3 TBS of vinegar
Dry strawberries
Use white, dark, or milk chocolate Ghirardelli chocolate melts.
Melt chocolate in microwave in 30 second increments stirring after each 30 seconds.
Place toothpick in the top of the strawberries.
Hold the green part of the strawberry and dip into chocolate.
Place on wax paper to dry.
Decorate strawberries with sprinkles and chocolate drizzle if desired.
