Pork BBQ Nachos

Pork BBQ Nachos Recipe
1/2 Pork Butt or Pork Loin
Nature Seasoning
Garlic Powder
Gluten Free Soy Sauce
Worcestershire Sauce
Tortilla Chips
BBQ Sauce (I used Sweet Baby Rays)
1/2 Green Pepper
1/2 Onion
1/2 Jalapeno Pepper
1TBS Olive Oil
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 Avocado
Place pork Butt in crockpot and season with nature seasoning, garlic powder, gluten free soy sauce, and worcestershire sauce. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours. Place Tortilla chips on a backing sheet lined with parchment paper. Saute green peppers, onions, and jalapeno pepper in 1 TBS of olive oil until tender. Place pepper, onion, and jalapeno over chips. Put shredded pork over chips. Put BBQ sauce on chips in a zig zag method. Place cheddar cheese over pork. Add more BBQ sauce if desired. You could also add black olives, green onions, and more jalapeno peppers if desired. Place nachos in preheated oven 375 degrees. Bake for 7 minutes and then put on low broil for 1 minute. Garnish chips with sour cream and avocado. Enjoy! Thanks for watching!
