5 Exercises to Fix Bad Posture for Seniors
Do these five stretches and exercises to improve bad posture which is often caused by forward head and rounded shoulders. These gentle moves are perfect for seniors and beginner exercisers. Corner Wall Stretch
- Hold 10 seconds
- Do 3 times
Upper Trapezius Stretch
- Hold for 10 seconds
- Do 5 times left and right
Chest Stretch
- Hold 20 seconds
- Do 3 times
Chin Tuck
- Hold for 5 seconds
- Do 10 times

- Hold each for 10 seconds
- Do 5 rounds of the 4 moves
