The Rolling Stones No.2 LP (1965). RARE Decca Records Test Pressing /Factory Sample.
A documentary video describing a rare Decca test pressing/factory sample of the second UK long playing record from The Rolling Stones, simply entitled The Rolling Stones No.2, first released in January 1965. This album features the original line-up of Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Brian Jones, Bill Wyman and Charlie Watts, together their regular pianist Ian Stewart and a guest appearance by producer and musician Jack Nitzsche. The record has been described as the one of the greatest LPs of the era, selling in such huge quantities of vinyl that it topped the album charts for three months upon release in January 1965. I hope you enjoy the video!
