The Rolling Stones 12 x 5 album. London Records, mono 1964.
A documentary video about the second US long player from The Rolling Stones, being Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Brian Jones, Bill Wyman and Charlie Watts, together their regular pianist Ian Stewart. Recorded at Chess Studios in Chicago and Regent Sound, London, the album was produced by Stones’ manager Andrew Loog Oldham and released in October 1964. Featuring a classy selection of songs covering traditional blues, beat music, rhythm and blues and rock n roll, with covers of songs by Chuck Berry, Bobby Womack, Dale Hawkins and Wilson Pickett.
