【1 min. How to cut veggies! from JAPAN】tomato*dice

≪What is dice?≫
A way to cut the food into dice about 1 cm per side.

≪Procedure≫
①cut half
②cut off stem
③slice thinly
④cut about 1cm lengthwise
⑤rotate 90 degrees and cut about 1cm lengthwise
※If you're going to use it in a salad, drain the water before using it.

≪tomato≫
100g=19kcal
Rich in vitamin C. One tomato provides half of the vitamin C needed in a day. Vitamin C is not easily lost through cooking, so it is good for stewed dishes. Combining it with onions increases the effectiveness of preventing blood clots!
