I know it’s a normal process, so I have increased my protein and reduced carbs knowing the difference of simple and complex carbs. I’ve maintained a 100lb weight-loss over 20 years by weight bearing exercises and eating clean and still couldn’t seem to maintain muscle. This past week with moderate weight lifting changes and moderate increase in protein, I can actually feel a difference more than I see it.
