10 Exercise Mobility Routine for Every Joint (Feel. Good. NOW)

In today's mobility ↔ strength LIVE session we're going through a full body mobility routine that focuses on oft-neglected movements and muscles including hip flexion, internal and external rotation, shoulder rotation and horizontal extension, overhead reaching, pec lengthening, psoas activation and more.

The exercises chosen for this routine were taken from the past 6 mobility ↔ strength LIVE sessions I started doing since lockdowns due to the covid-19 pandemic began.

We're going to work through these techniques as a circuit and by the end of 2 circuits I guarantee you'll be feeling worked in a good way, more open and like you've woken up muscles that needed waking up.

TODAY'S WORKOUT (Tuesday, May 12, 2020)
1. Slapping & Stomping: 1 min per [02:20]
2. Reverse Lunge to Standing Dead Bug: 4 per [03:10]
3. Extended Shoulder Circle to Crossover: 3 [04:40]
4. Supine Hip PNF: 3 per [06:30]
5. Prone Horiz. Sh. Extension ISOs (neutral, ER, IR): 2 cycles [09:08]
6. MMA Lunge: 4 per [11:00]
7. Wall Slides: 8 [13:10]
8. 1-leg Butt Scoot: 4 per [14:40]
9. Active Hands Behind the Head: 3 x 5 sec [16:30]
10. Horizontal Hip Extension / Spine Rotation (DIS): 2 cycles per [17:40]

You probably have no idea what most of these exercises are and that's a good thing because you know you'll be working something new, which is good for your body AND brain!

LIVE SCHEDULE (EST i.e. Toronto)
- Tuesdays from 8-830pm
- Fridays from 1-130pm (workout then Q&A if time allows)

Perfect for those stuck at home like me due to the pandemic i.e. most of the free world.
