Alternating Staggered Pushup Instructions
- Start with one hand higher and one lower than normal
- Descend and on the way up explode to catch some air and switch your hand positions and repeat
This is card # 8 of 34 from the CAGE Cardio Bodyweight Fight Deck, which gives you the ability to create an unlimited variety of MMA workouts based on my CAGE Cardio scientific system of conditioning.
