Leg Raises Benefits
- Lie down on your back with your shoulder blades packed
- Contract your abs and drive your low back into the ground and then slowly raise your legs until they point straight up
- If your low back comes off the ground, bend your knees to make it easier
- Exhale when bringing your legs up, inhale on the way down
