Building Upper Body Shape! A Back and Shoulder Workout!

Hi guys!
I'm going to say it right away, I loved this workout! It was the perfect amount of work to the back and shoulders to build some awesome strength and shape to the upper body. By the end of the workout my body was toast, haha! You will naturally get in some indirect work on your other push/pull muscles as well with a lot of these movements so it will give your overall upper body and awesome workout. This is one of my three upper body days, check out my workout split video and some of my other upper body days if you want the full deets on what I do!
Any video suggestions? Comment them below! I love cooking so I was thinking about incorporating a fun cooking segment on this channel where I try new recipes with you all? Also, any tips or advice you want to know that are video worthy.. comment below! I'm also open to other ideas outside of strictly fitness so again lemme know!! :)
Outfit Deets:
Sports Bra- Athleta (p.s. They run EXTREMELY small I found. I am usually a small or for a more comfy fit med in all athletic wear brands for sports bras and this one is a medium and I had to stretch it out AND I still felt like a packed sausage in it LOL I still wear it though because... expensive. Just a heads up for anyone looking to shop there and what my experience was like. I do have a pair of leggings from them that fit a little more true to size but are terrible with sweat).

Seated wide grip lat pull down X 12
Standing wide grip straight arm pull down x 12
3. Superset - 3 sets
Standing cable close grip row x 12
Standing cable face pulls x 12
4. Superset - 3 sets
Standing DB lateral raises x 15
Standing DB Front raises x 10
5. Band Assisted Wide Grip Pull Ups x 8 for 2 sets
