Hi guys! This video is all about the shoulders! In this video we have my favorite shoulder exercises that I incorporate into my weekly training to target my rear, lateral, and front deltoids. These exercises are awesome for both women and men; however, men should also incorporate some shrugging exercises into their training!

These are just my top 8 but know that there are SO many different shoulder exercises and variations out there that you can do. Also remember that once you master your form, it is all about mind muscle connection and making little tweaks that help you feel the best contact.Hopefully watching this will give you some exercises to incorporate into your training and see some awesome results!

Make sure you are choosing exercises in your training that will target all of the different areas of your shoulders and also choose weight that is appropriate for you! In this video I am just using demonstration weight, however if I were to be doing some of these exercises for a real workout then I would choose weight amounts depending upon the rep/set split I am doing, as well as the exercise.
