How to Build Capped Shoulders | Full Workout

Today's workout is a high rep burner! Shoulders are made up of both slow twitch and fast twitch fibers, so it's important to train with heavy weights/low reps and with lighter weights/higher reps. Choose weights that are challenging for the last 4-5 reps, but doable with proper form. Each exercise is 3 sets of 20-25 reps! Let's do this!

1. Neutral grip shoulder press
2. Lateral raise
3. Low pulley face pull with rotation
4a. Y-press
4b. T-raise
5a. Band pull aparts
5b. Bus drivers
