My Complete BACK and SHOULDER WORKOUT | I Love This Routine!
Hi guys!
Here is my full back and shoulder workout from yesterday. If you've been on my channel you know I love to train back and shoulders together! It is definitely one of my favorite training days at the gym. This workout was a fun mix of different exercises that I'm not used to combining all together and I ended up loving it! Sometimes when you program you never know if you are going to love it or hate it-never again LOL This workout routine was a success!
