Hi guys!
If you are up for a challenging glute and hamstring focus workout then I have the perfect workout for you! This workout is a great example of how I like to train legs on a hypertrophy focused day and also shows a lot of the techniques I like to use! Pauses, deficits, single leg work... a lot of these tools are more appropriate for experienced lifters so if you are not as experienced, feel free to take them down to their basic form.

1a. (Conventional or Sumo) Deadlift 4X8
Rest 1-2 min
1b. Deficit Reverse Lunges 4X8 ea. side
2a. Glute Bridge w/ 2 sec pause at top 4X10
Rest 1-2 min
2b. Deficit DB Sumo Squat 4X10
3. 1 Up 2 Down Lying Hamstring Curls 4X10 ea side
Rest 45 sec between sets
4a. BW Reverse Hypers 3X15
Rest 20 seconds
4a. BW Side Lying Straight Leg Hip Abductions 3X20 ea. side
