Hi guys!
Today is ALL about the glutes! This is a glute focus workout that will challenge your glutes like crazy! I absolutely loved this workout and just had to share it with all of you. It is definitely more of an advanced glute workout so just keep that in mind for all my newbies out there! I have plenty of other glute focus workouts on my channel that are more doable for any level if you find this one too challenging.

I also made sure to add a note in the beginning of the video regarding the mask situation since I received quite a few comments on my last video about it. I will be wearing them for quite a while it's looking like over here so get used to them! lol It was my bad for not addressing it in the last video, I just thought it was common sense at this point.
