FIRE GLUTE WORKOUT TO KICK OFF YOUR NEW YEAR! // HOME EXERCISE ALTERNATIVES INCLUDED!
Hiii guys!! Happy New Year!
I took a little break for the holidays but I am back and ready for 2021 with you all! To kick things off, of course we are starting with a fire glute workout! This is a solid glute workout that will help you work toward your booty building goals in 2021. There will be lots more to come this year, so be ready!
This workout is gym based, however, I did include home exercise alternatives so those of you who are still training at home can do this as well! If you have access to bands or dumbbells then use them, but I did give tips on what to do in case you don't as well!

2. Constant Tension Hip Thrust 4X12
3. Barbell Good Mornings 3X10
4a. High and Wide Leg Press w/ double pulse 3x10
4B. Rounded Back Extensions 3X15
5. Side Lying Straight Leg Raises 2X20
HOME:
1. Reverse Lunges (w/ or w/o deficit) 4X10-15
2. Banded DB Hip Thrust (or glute bridge) 4X20
3. DB Good Mornings 4X12-15
4a. Straddle Lift or Straddle Sumo Squat 4x15
4b. Reverse Hypers 4X10-15
5. Side Lying Straight Leg Raises 2x20 or Side Lying Hip Raises 3X10
