CHEST, ARMS & ABS WORKOUT

Hey guys!
Here is a chest, arms, and abs workout I did. This workout is strength and hypertrophy focused so you will definitely be feeling it with this one! You can see me push myself through my sets and really grind it out. I think it is important for you all to see that every rep.. every set.. it won't be perfect like most IG videos or YT tutorials make it out to be. Training, building strength, lifting heavy... it's f*&king hard and requires a lot of effort!! BUT it is also so rewarding! Put in the work, push yourself, and be consistent and the results will come. Just know that this isn't easy for anyone! So don't feel discouraged if every rep, set, or workout isn't perfect. You got this, just keep going!

5a. CABLE ROPE CRUNCHES 4X25
5b. LYING LEG RAISES 4X15
