Bent Over Row / 20 reps
Shoulder Dislocation / 20 reps
Pull Apart / 20 reps
Thread The Needle / 5 reps Each Side
360 Rotations / 10 reps forward and backward


WORKOUT:
LAT Pull Down / 20 reps - 3 sets
Bent Over Row / 12 reps - 3 sets
Supersets: Straight Arm Pull Down into Bent Over Cable Row / 10/12 reps - 3 sets
Single Arm Rows / 10 reps - 3 sets
Bicep Curl / 25 reps - 3 sets
