INTENSE ABS WORKOUT THAT WILL HAVE YOUR CORE ON FIRE!

Hi guys!
Here is an intense ab workout you can do at the gym after a lifting session or at home! There are 8 exercises split into 2 different circuits. You can either do one circuit one day and save the other for another time or do both circuits if you are really aiming to demolish that abs! These exercises are very challenging, so I give easier variation methods in the video with any exercise that I felt could be too challenging for my more beginner peeps.
REMEMBER! Abs will only show if you have a low enough body fat percentage. This is achieved through a caloric deficit and exercise. This is why the term "abs are made in the kitchen" exists. You can train your abs all day long, but if you do not have a low enough body fat percentage, they will never show. So focus on your nutrition first and foremost!
