Hey guys!

Today's video is a REAL GOOD one you won't want to miss! I recorded 10 of my favorite (yes, I have more if you want another one of these in the future) supersets I have incorporated time and time again into my training. These supersets target everything from the glutes to the arms to the chest to the back (only one I didn't target directly was triceps because I ran out of time, but you get the drift!) These supersets will utilize different forms of supersets that are effective in their own ways. I personally love agonist/antagonist supersets the most and are the forms of supersets you see me use most of the time in my workouts, but I also love to target the same muscle at different tension points in one set too! There is also other forms of supersets like pre and post exhaust which I do use at times, but I am showing you some of the ones I use most frequently today!

If you are going to do supersets it should take a little more thought of what your are putting together and WHY you are, rather than just throwing two random exercises together and callin it a day. If you want to maximize your results, build your body, and get the most out of your supersets then they need to make sense!

Also remember supersets aren't always necessary or best in a workout! I don't superset in every single workout or superset every exercise together. Know when certain exercises require greater energy and recovery times which would not be optimal for supersets and when they are appropriate.
