Hi guys!!
So many of you have asked how you can target your "inner thighs" and so that is was this video is all about! I give a lot of info in this video so make sure to listen through if you want to know more about the adductors and why they are important to strengthen! Strong adductors for the win!
If you are training your inner thighs in hopes of fat-loss, sorry to tell you but you can't spot reduce fat on your body by training that area!! The only way to lose fat in between your thighs is like with anywhere else on your body - through a caloric deficit! Instead, focus on working your adductors through your lower body training in order to help improve your overall performance and build up your big lifts! Then you can focus on fat-loss through adjusting your daily calories based off your overall goals! Doing both of these things will set you on your way to the inner thighs you are looking for. 5. Bent Knee Copenhagen Hip Adductions 3x8-10 each side
