Here's a solid back workout to build strength and muscle! 👇🏼
1.Bent Over BB Row (supinated grip) 4X10-12
2.Wide Neutral Grip Pull Down 4X15.12.10.8
3.Chest Supported Upright Row 4X10-12
4.Cable Straight Arm Pulldown 3X10-12
5.Pull Ups 3XMAX
Notes✍🏼
💪 Supinated = underhand grip
💪 If your gym doesn't have this attachment you can use a standard wide grip or put two handle attachments on a wide grip bar to mimic the same attachment I am using
💪You can do these seated facing the back of the chair on a cable machine if your gym doesn't have this machine to mimic the same position and stability
💪If you can't do pullups on your own yet - use a assisted machine or resistance band
