2. BB B-Stance Hip Thrust 2X10 each side
3. Trap Bar RDL Glute Bias 3-4X6-8
4. High Feet Leg Press 3X8-10
5. 1 and 1/4 Glute Cable Kick Back 3x10
6. Standing Cable Abduction 3X12-15
