Pull Ups & Hamstrings Gym Sesh🐍 I normally save my pull ups for upper-body days but since I didn’t get a chance to do them the upper day prior, it had to be done👊🏼 I then did this lower body hamstring focused workout and it’s safe to say my hammies were siiiick of me by the end🥵
📝The Workout
1️⃣Pull Ups 3XAMRAP
👉🏼Bring sets to failure. Use assisted variations if needed.
2️⃣Conventional Deadlift 3X6
👉🏼Same weight all sets & don’t forget your warmup sets!
3️⃣DB RDLs 3X10-12
👉🏼Increase weight each set if you can
4️⃣Lying Hamstring Curl 3X8-12
👉🏼Increase weight each set if you can
5️⃣Stability Ball Hamstring Curls 2X10-12
👉🏼Keep hips high throughout. Stabilize with your core. Let your hamstrings do the rest.
