A full day of eating high protein for building muscle and fat loss. I focus on hitting my protein intake goals daily as best as possible while being in a deficit. Some days I hit everything spot on or even better, like today, and other days I am way off and that's okay!! Results come from overall consistency and finding balance should always be a priority.
