Shoulders and Legs - High Volume😅
Felt like mixing it up so I’ve been trying out a new split this training block and ramping up the volume. When you’ve been training as long as I have, it’s nice to keep the training a lil spicy🌶️
Okay let’s do this👇🏼
The Workout💪
1a.Adduction - 2X12-15
1b.Abduction - 2X12-15
2.Lying Hamstring Curls 1&1/4 - 3X8-10
3.Smith Squats - 3X10-12
4.Seated DB Shoulder OHP - 3X10-15
5.Glute Cable Kickback - 3X12-15
6a.Cable Seated Face Pulls - 3X12-15
6b.Cable Lateral Raises - 3X12-15
I also ended with practicing handstands. Yuh girls trying (👈🏼key word) to get good at them, but as of now.. we’re workin with a solid 3 seconds before I fall🤸🏼♀️.. will keep you updated on my (hopefully) progress 😂👍
