1. Sumo Deadlift
5 sets | 10 reps
2. Glute Hip Thrust w/ hip abduction & 5 sec hold/squeeze at top Banded
4 sets | 6 reps
3. SS Side Lunges W/ Dumbbell RDLs
4 sets | 10 reps each.
4. Elevated Sumo Squat
4 sets | 12 reps
5. BURNOUT | 2 SETS | no rest between exercises
15 Side Lying hip abductions
15 incline frog pumps (banded)
10 reverse hypers (banded)
