WORKOUT:
Try to rest as little as possible between exercises and then take a 1-2 minute rest between circuits and repeat!

CIRCUIT 1 using stability ball
3 rounds!
Contralateral Taps X10
Hands to Feet Pass x10
Knee Tucks x10
Pikes X10

CIRCUIT 2 Using a weighted medicine ball
2 Rounds!
Russian Twists X25
Toe Taps X25
Plank X1min
Flutter Kicks X25

CIRCUIT 3 Body weight only!
3 Rounds!
Knee to Elbow Plank w/glute kick back X10 ea side
Oblique Plank Twists X10 ea side
Plank Knee to Elbow Oblique Crunch X10 ea side
Bicycles X25 ea. side
