4 movements. Use challenging loads. Increase weight each set IF you feel you can. Don't forget to warmup and also do your warm up sets!

Barbell RDL pause reps 3X8
Swivel Constant Tension Hipthrusts 3X10-12
Glute Bias Cable Step Up 3X8 each side
Abduction Machine 3X12-15

Notes✍🏼
💪 Aim to hold your pauses for 2 solid seconds each rep for your BB RDLs.
💪I felt like using the swivel set up today but you can use any variation of hipthrust you'd like.
💪I prefer to perform step ups with lower-ish reps because I take my reps very slow and controlled. This helps to maintain optimal glute bias form and keep as much tension and focus on the glutes as possible I have found.
💪 I love the abduction machine but you can swap for any other abduction movement if you'd like.
