1. Barbell RDL 10,10,8,8,6,6 ( Increase weight ea. set)
2. Hip Thrust (I used a Glute Drive) 10,8,6,4
3a. Straddle Squats (Go heavy w/ these too!) 4X12
3b. Standing plate abductions 4X12
4a. Cable Glute Kick Back 3X12
4b. Standing Cable Hamstring Curl 3X12
BURNOUT
100 Incline Banded Glute Hip Thrusts
