Hey guys!
This back and shoulder workout will get your upper body on fire! I love this workout! This workout is great for building muscle and strength which is how you will shape your upper body. Don't neglect your upper body ladies!! Training legs and glutes is cool but having a strong upper body and balanced physique is even cooler. and feels freakin awesome!
** If you are a beginner or do not do well with high volume training then cut down the volume by a set or two. So instead of doing 4 sets of everything ( besides the first exercise) do 2 to 3!

1. Standing Shoulder Overhead Press 12/10/6-8/6-8+ drop set AMRAP
2. Bent Over Barbell Row 4 sets X 10 reps
3a. Close Grip Lat Pull Down 4 sets X 12 reps
3b. Standing Lateral Raises 4 sets X 15 reps
4a. Seated Wide Grip Row 4 sets X 12 reps
4b. Standing Front Raises 4 sets x 15 reps
5a. Seated Rear Delt Fly Machine 4 sets X 12 reps
5b. Bodyweight Back Extensions 4 sets X 20 reps
