WORKOUT:
warmup (this is not the full warm up I did, just two of the dynamic movements to get your back and shoulders ready!
-Hanging Scapular retractions 3 sets of 10
-Wide grip pull ups 3 sets of 5
WORKOUT
1. Bent over Barbell rows into Barbell overhead press
4 sets of 10 reps each
2. Bent over dumbbell rows superset w/ dumbbell overhead press
4 sets of 12 reps each
3. Straight arm pull downs superset w/ cable upright rows
4 sets of 12 reps each
4. wide grip lat pull downs superset w/ hanging lateral raises
3 sets of 10 reps each
5. tri set
-bent over rear delt flys
-around the worlds
-TRX band wide to close grip rows
10 reps each for 2 sets
