STRONG and LEAN ARMS! | Complete Gym Workout
Happy 4th of July!!
Here is the arm workout I have been loving lately! Arms is the last muscle group I target for my training week and so I love to incorporate different variations of exercises and have fun with it! This workout is a great mix of strength training and variety to target your biceps and triceps efficiently and effectively.
You do indirectly target your biceps and triceps when you target your other push and pull muscle groups but remember, it is still important to target them directly as well!

1b. ROPE PUSH DOWNS 20-15-12-10-8
increase weight as reps decrease
2a. PLATE HAMMER CURLS 20 REPS EA. ARM X 4
same plate weight ea. set
2b. V-BAR PUSH DOWNS 15-12-10-8
increase weight as reps decrease.
3a. INCLINE WIDE GRIP CURLS 15 REPS X 3
3b. SINGLE ARM KICK BACKS 15 REPS EA. X 3
keep weight same ea. set
4a. REVERSE GRIP CURLS 12 REPS EA.X 3
4b. REVERSE GRIP PUSH DOWNS 12 REPS EA. X 3
