Full Arm Workout
You can build beautiful arms at home or at the gym! Grab some dumbbells and an adjustable bench, and you're ready to train!

Form is key with free weight exercises, so be sure that you're controlling the weights well. Also, focus on slower negatives to build and sculpt. With any single-arm exercise, start with your weaker arm. Let that dictate the number of reps you do with your dominant arm. Lastly, always maintain the exact same form on both sides - this will help ensure that your arms are symmetric!

1). Bench dips
2a). Standing biceps curls
2b). Diamond push ups
3a). Cross-body curls
3b). Overhead extensions
4a). Concentration curls
4b). Kickbacks
5). Seated curls - partials
