Supersets For Lean Legs | Volume Workout | Cardio & Tone

This workout is great for leaning down while maintaining muscle. It's higher volume, and offers cardio benefits. You'll also enjoy a bit of booty building! Three supersets for each exercise, and 12-20 reps. Use about 50% of the weight you'd normally use, and maintain proper form. Use full range of motion, too!
