How To Target the Underbutt | Full Workout | Glute-Ham Tie In

If you have been working at growing your glutes and hamstrings, you're familiar with the term "glute-ham tie in". This is not an actual anatomical name, but one that refers to the area where the glutes meet the hamstrings. It's an area that many would like to grow and define. This workout will help you grow and shape the region where the glutes and hamstrings meet. In growing muscle, you may see increased definition - but the best way to improve definition is to reduce overall body fat.
So, you may spend 90 days or so building your glutes and hamstrings, and then go on a mini-cut to improve the definition of the muscles.
Exercises (3-4 sets of 12-15 reps)
1. Smith machine kneeling squat
2. Cable reverse pull through
3. Dumbbell deadlift
4. High box or bench step up
5. Barbell good morning
