Lose Fat Gain Muscle Leg Workout

It is possible to gain muscle while simultaneously losing fat! There are three things to consider when working towards body recomposition (recomping):

1. eat at maintenance calories
2. lift heavy as safely possible
3. keep recovery short between sets

1a). leg press
1b). DB RDLs
2a). cable squat
2b). pull throughs
3a). clean grip reverse lunge
3b). good mornings
4a). quad step ups
4b). Bulgarian split squat
