BUILD and SHAPE YOUR SHOULDERS | Complete Workout

Hi guys! This workout has easily become one of my favorite shoulder routines of all time because I put it together to purposely help target commonly neglected parts of our shoulders! This shoulder workout gives an amazing pump and contact in your entire shoulder and is great for any fitness level. All you really need are dumbbells and a straight bar ( but could be substituted for dumbbells if working out from home) so anyone can do it! This workout is all about going slow and controlled as well as using different angles and movements to our advantage to see real changes and growth in our shoulders! Of course I love doing more commonly performed movements like shoulder praises and such but this is a nice change to help shock our shoulders a little! I hope you enjoy the routine as much as I do.

1. BENT ARM REAR DELT ROWS
3 SETS | 15 REPS EA.
2. BEHIND THE BACK REAR DELT RAISES
SUPERSET WITH ( DROP WEIGHT)
BEHIND THE BACK WIDE ANGLE REAR DELT RAISES
3 SETS | 15 REPS EACH.
3. DUMBBELL UPRIGHT ROWS
3 SETS | 15 REPS
4. SIDE LYING LATERAL RAISES
3 SETS | 15 REPS EA.
5. SEATED SINGLE ARM FRONT RAISES
3 SETS | 15 REPS EA.
BURNOUT ( Optional)
2 MINUTES | NO REST
SIDE, MIDDLE, TO FRONT RAISES TO BENT OVER REAR DELT FLYS
