BACK AND SHOULDERS WORKOUT // DEFINED & SCULPTED!

Hey guys!
Here is a complete back and shoulder workout that I have been doing the last few weeks! I love training these two muscle groups together and it is literally my favorite training day! This workout is a combination of strength training and muscle building (hypertrophy). Get ready to push yourself with this workout and work on getting you a sculpted back and some defined shoulders!

1. Barbell Overhead press | 15,12,10,8,6 (increase weight ea. set)
2a. Chest supported single arm row 4X10
2b. Seated DB Front Raise 4X15
3a. Wide Grip Lat Pull Down | 15,12,10,8 (increase weight ea. set)
3b. Leaning Lateral Raise 4X15
4. Cable Standing Face Pulls 4X12
