Hi guys!
Here is another awesome back and shoulder workout! These are two muscle groups I have been training together lately and I really have been enjoying it. The last few weeks with some (NOT ALL) of my sessions I will do reps/sets like in this workout where I am keeping the weight the same throughout and not going too heavy. I have been concentrating on good form, control, contact, and less rest! Now this doesn't mean not to choose challenging weight or that it makes it any easier, it is just a different way to challenge your body and continue to grow muscle while working on improving your technique! It's always good to switch things up and work towards new goals in your training!

3a. Wide Grip Lat Pull Down
3b. Standing Lateral Raises
3 Sets | 15 reps ea.
4a. Standing Face Pulls
4b. Straight Arm Lat Pull Downs
2 Sets | 10 reps ea.
5. TRX bands Neutral Grip Rows
