This is the ultimate upper body workout to build lean muscles and really challenge yourself.

Warmup: resistance band

1. Seated shoulder press
10,10,8,8,6,4 reps | 90s rest between sets

2. Supinated Pull-ups 3s eccentric hold
4 set x 2-6 reps | 90s rest between sets

3. Leaning single arm lateral raises
4 set x 10 reps /arm | 45s rest between sets

4. Lat pull down 3s eccentric hold
3 set x 8-10 reps | 60s rest between sets

5. Standing cable rows into face pull
3 set x 10 reps /exercise | 60s rest between sets
