How To Stay Motivated To Workout At Home (QUARANTINE EDITION)

Just because your gym is closed, doesn't mean that you should not stay on track with your fitness goals. In this video, I share with you how to stay motivated to workout at home. You can actually use this opportunity of being in quarantine to improve yourself instead of letting yourself go.

NOTE: everyday while the gyms are closed during the lockdown I'm going to be hosting a LIVE Follow Along Home Workout on the Total Fitness Bodybuilding Facebook Page at:

The LIVE workout starts at 6:00 pm EST daily. And these workouts are fun, interactive, and a great way to stay in shape while you're stuck at home.

This workout is mostly bodyweight with some dumbbell exercises.

Full Workout
- Dynamic Warm-Up
- Bent Over Rows - Back
- Rotational Push-ups
- Tricep Dips
- Russian Twists
- Split Squats
